Our Exterior Painting Services

1. Protection of surfaces: drop cloths are placed throughout the areas being painted.
Masking areas that needed such as light fixtures, cabinets...
And any additional surfaces or furnishings need protecting are covered with plastic.
2. Preparing the surfaces: clean, patching, caulk, sand, and prime. Cleaning whichever areas has dirt, greases, cobweb.
3. Inspect surfaces for cracks, holes, dents or other imperfections, then caulk or sparkling compound with putty knife to fill and repair any holes or imperfections.
4. Sanding to smooth the repaired areas flush with the surfaces, also wipe the surfaces clean with a damp towel and allow them to dry.
5. Last, apply prime on surfaces areas has been fix, allow them to dry ready to paint.
6. Painting: ceiling, trim work, and walls: ceiling :if any ceiling are being painted they are done first.
Before painting we apply a special sealer to any significant stains or discoloration from smoking or water damage that ensures they will not bleed through.
7. The next is trim work. We apply two coats of paint to all the baseboards, window trims, door casings, and any other decorative trim such as crown molding.
8. Last, walls: a primer may need to be applied to the walls if there is drastic color change
or if it’s a special type of surface being painted. Then the first coat of paint color can be applied.
The cuts in line are done along the top of baseboard and against any door,
window , and at top of the walls where they meet the ceiling. Then the entire surface of wall is rolled out.
After first coat of color has been applied let them dry 30 to 1 hour before final cut in
and rolling process is repeated again with second coat of paint color.
9. Wrap up and clean up: remove painter’s tape right and paper after the paint dries completely.
Dispose of the used painter’s tape and paper. Tightly seal the remaining paint in can.
Thoroughly clean paint brushes and rollers with warm soapy water.
Remove drop cloths and put furniture back in place.

Our Interior Painting Services
1. Pressure washing before painting is a chance clean to all dirt,
debris cobwebs before painting. It’s important to wash your house so that the new coat has the best chance to bond with the undercoat.
2. Scrape away any loose paint: chipping and flaking paint must be removed prior to adding that new coat to the outside of your house.
3. Repair surfaces exterior damage: before painting any surface, be sure to take time
to fix any damage so that it won’t attract attention later: dings on siding, fix the crack on stucco, scrape in wood trim.
4. Prime: on most unpainted exterior surfaces, the standard procedure calls for a primer coat followed by two topcoats of paint. This procedure is also recommended for any painted the surface that requires significant scraping and repairs
5. Caulking: caulk is important for exterior to extend the life of paint job, but also to protect and insulate your house.
6. Protect doors, windows, lights and surrounding areas: painting can be messy. Be sure to cover porches, decks, outside furniture, shrubs, patio furniture and even walkways.
And don’t forget to cover windows and doors. This will make safeguarding areas you don’t want to painted easier.

7. Paint: all products that recommend two coat of paint. This is the way product is designed to hold up over time.
Two coats will outperform, one coat interns of durability, protection, washability
and getting the true color and retaining the true color.
8. Clean up after job: you’re just finished painting job, and they look fantastic! But the job isn’t done yet.
Cleaning up after you finish as important as how you start your project. Be sure take off all papers, tapes,
and plastic. Remove all the paint drips are accident drops on floor.
